After years of sloth, I am now a mama who runs and practices yoga. I write about exercise; parenting a grownup child as well as two little kids; and whatever is annoying me at the moment.
I can't get this song out of my head today since a really great pre-dawn run this morning. So I had to dig up the video and share. You may remember it from the Kia Super Bowl ad last winter. It's just fitting my mood today so I thought I'd share. Happy Monday.
